Well-Balanced Wellness offers personal training currently for ladies only at the client's site. Personal training can be 1 to 4 people.
Personal training is a session catered to you personally. It is not a boot camp or session to cause you injury, make you afraid, intimidate you, or any other negative thoughts that may be in your mind. My personal training sessions are temporary, educational, motivational, and will teach you how to train from beginning to end according to your body. You will be able to train on your on with motivation and results.
You can save money per session if you share your session with a close friend, family member, or someone else who is in close comparison of yourself. See pricing under the "Personal Training" tab.
